In the first paragraph on your prospectus cover, please explain whether the VIE structure is used to provide investors with exposure to foreign investment in China-based companies where Chinese law prohibits direct foreign investment in the operating companies. Refer to comment number 1 of the Staff's "Sample Letter to China Based Companies" published on December 20, 2021. 2. We note your disclosure referencing the Holding Foreign Companies Accountable Act.
